Practicing mindfulness and meditation on a daily basis can be totally transformational to our physical and mental wellbeing and can play an active role in changing the brain's reaction to stress and can increase our wellbeing and quality of life.
After starting to practice meditation I have been able to crack my chronic insomnia and reduce anxiety and stress levels, and I now sleep soundly for over 8 hours a night! I'm healthier, calm and balanced, and feel in the best of health both physically and mentally, more so than I have ever felt before! I'm so passionate about how mindfulness and meditation is a true game changer, and I am now a qualified & British School of Meditation registered guided meditation teacher.
